i called USCIS yesterday they say for i130 petition for person over seas they are currently working on January 1st of 2023 however my son is a minor and is out of normal processing time .

@shenni law did you talk to the live agent cause Ive been trying to contact them and it won’t let me connect to the live agent and always hung up the phone.

@God's child my pd is march 2024 and I’m still waiting nothing changed and yes I agree with you I’ve seen a lot of march and June/July 2024 cases getting approved

@ mary Mary yes I did Just say info pass when the machine comes on keep saying it until you are transfer to an agent
