VAWA Pending 44 Months – New NTA Issued While I-360 Still Pending
Hi everyone,
Looking for anyone with a similar experience.
My timeline:
* Entered the U.S. on F-1 in 2015
* Removal proceedings were dismissed under Prosecutorial Discretion (PD) in 2022
* Filed VAWA I-360 and I-485 in October 2022
* Received 6 Prima Facie Determinations
* I-131 was approved
* I-360 is still pending
My attorney recently informed me that DHS issued a new NTA from Vermont Service Center, and I now have a Master Calendar Hearing scheduled for July 2026.
The new NTA appears to contain the same allegations as my original case, namely that I entered on F-1 status, failed to maintain status, and remained in the United States beyond my authorized stay. It does not contain any fraud, criminal, or marriage related allegations.
Has anyone with a pending VAWA received a new NTA after a prior PD dismissal?
* Was your I-360 eventually approved?
* Did you request expedited processing because of the court case?
* Did the Immigration Judge continue the case while VAWA was pending?
Any similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

it is been 8 months now I applied for my N-400, last time they reviewed my application was last month and they said ‘ we are good and we don’t need nothing from you ‘. i didn’t expected take so long for a interview or wherever … is that NORMAL? usually is between 4 and 6 no? idk 🤷🏻 I’m confused … btw, I’m in Orlando Fl.
should i be worried?

actualización
mi página de uscis se actualizó 2 bc en el mes de mayo una el día 11 y la otra el día 26y la i130 actualizo el día 22 de mayo y también el día 26 de mayo y ese día 26 solo actualizó la fecha por que todavía sigue diciendo

ese mismo día mayo 26 cumplí 3 meses esperando por la decisión
cuando llamo a USCIS me dicen que el caso está en En tus actualizaciones recientes, el hecho de que:
* no pidieron evidencia adicional,
* que la entrevista fue completada,
* y mencionaron “final adjudication”
alguien más pasando lo mismo,

case update
hello, I have concerns about my case and I was wondering if someone is going through the same. when I put my receipt number in the USCIS account it says it cannot be found and when I ask a representative though Emma she said information cannot be de disclosed due to section….when I call the USCIS and provide the receipt number they say thank you and the call ends. I really don’t understand what’s going on.
