vawa greencard
How long is it taking now to process vawa greencard?? I submitted application in Feb after being cleared from removal proceedings did Biometrics in March since the there has been no movement.

It varies for everyone depending on their case. On average 1-2 years for I-485 to be processed.

@Errol Gooding that’s a very long time after I-360 approval. I thought the wait time would be far less than the I360, I had to wait 4 years to get my I-360 approve

my approval was September 12 /2024 and I’m still waiting!!! almost 22 months after approval and nothing yet.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 years. vawa was approved Feb 2024. congressman follow up with Uscis says case is paused because I’m from one of the banned countries

@Love ❤️ It’s a long and tedious process for us all, I’ve been in th process since Oct 2020 this year making it 6 years and the possibility exist I may have another 2 years of waiting. It’s very difficult, I’m living and working as a RN but I’ve not been home since 2016, I’ve missed so many goodbyes and so I know the many others out there who have had to endure the pain that comes with the process. I pray for us all🙏🏽❤️

same here , , the congresswoman has submitted several inquiries as well, but we still haven’t received any clear answers.
