Without the notice, the system won't "ping" an officer immediately, but the Medicals will still be attached to A-file. Address 1 is standard mailing address. Address 2 RFE response address. I was told that unsolicited Medicals attached in both locations. It is still 50-50 chance as it is not official process. Previous success doesn’t guarantee so it is personal choice. Most people prefer to send medicals interfiling to Address 1 and it is popular choice. It is the individual preference to use address 1 or address 2.
