EB2-NIW Dependent: AOS Pending 10 Months, Multiple Transfers
Hi everyone. I’m looking for guidance regarding my immigration case.
My EB2-NIW adjustment of status case has been pending for 10 months with no response. I am a dependent on the application, and my husband and children have already received their green cards, but mine is still pending.
My AOS case was transferred between jurisdictions three times and is currently at the NBC. Additionally, my travel authorization (Advance Parole) has not been approved yet.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
DRIVER LICENSE RENEWAL WITH EAD RECEIPT NOTICE
Has any one in the DFW had luck renewing their drivers license with their EAD receipt notice? I submitted my renewal 10 months ago and now my drivers license is expired without my work permit being approved.
I’m not sure what to do at this point.

GREEN CARD APPROVED!!!
Married to US citizen . adjustment of status . took exactly 178 days . No interview . The process was surely stressful,but the day I got the approval was so worth it . Submitted July 11, got I 485 approved Jan 6th 2025 . it's been close to one year being a US PARMANENT residen. life has been overall good and a huge mental stability change . God is great! Can't wait for the next steps of removal of conditions and filing for citizenship in the upcoming years .
