I got approved today! I never expected it to happen this month, especially after receiving an RFE on July 7. I submitted my response on July 10, and today, my case was approved. God truly moves in incredible ways. He surprised me beyond my expectations. Thank You, Jehovah ! All glory belongs to You! 🙏❤️

marriage based green card (I-130 and I-485) interview while Asylum is pending in court.
Question, I need answers please!!
I have a pending asylum application that got transferred to Immigration court, I had my first master calendar hearing back in February but the judge rescheduled it to July 29th.
but way before USCIS sent my asylum application to court, my Wife and I had already submitted my I-130 and I-485 application, 2 weeks ago I got a notification that our marriage based interview has been scheduled for July 30th (a day after my second court hearing).
so my question is, since USCIS can not adjudicate over my I-485 due to the fact that I’m currently in court proceedings, do I ask the judge to dismiss my asylum application on that day, that way USCIS can adjudicate over my I-130 and I-485 the next day?
or is that a bad idea?
Attorney delaying submission of medicals
my attorney (paid by the enployer) obtained my RFE for medicals July 2. I asked about the update but neither he nor his paralegal are unresponsive, although the paralegal said she received medicals from me and does not need anything else at this point. It has been two weeks almost, I waited four years for this, and lack of appropriate communication, I consider this unreasonable delay. Did anyone have a similar experience? I am considering to email him again to request medicals back and send them myself. Any thoughts?
EAD Card Production Time (Initial OPT, Premium Processing)
I received my approval email on Saturday, July 11 at 3:33 a.m. (California time), and my USCIS portal updated on July 13.
For those of you who went through Initial OPT with Premium Processing, how many days did it take for your EAD card to go into production after approval?

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. I really need some input because, honestly, I don't know what to do anymore. I’ve been waiting seven years for approval. I was scheduled for an interview on June 22nd, but when I arrived, the officer came out and said they had to cancel it because my file wasn't at the office; I haven't received any updates since then. I have some savings and am thinking about filing a lawsuit. I spoke to a lawyer yesterday, and they charge $5,000. Do you think I should keep being patient, or is it time to sue? Please give me some advice—what would you do?
hola espero todos se encuentre bien , estoy necesitando opinion la verdad ya no se que hacer 7 años esperando por aprobacion , el 22 de junio me citaron para entrevista y cuando llegue el oficial salio y dijo que tenian que cancelar por que mi archivo no estaba en la oficina, hasta ahora no e recibido actualizacion., tengo un ahorro y estoy pensando en hacer una demanda, ayer hable con un abogado y cobran 5,000 , crees que debo seguir teniendo paciencia o es momento de demandar , porfabor demen un consejo que harias tu.....
