I’m in the same category is taking about 4 years to be approved for i485

@Ronaldo Gomez 4 year after sending my I-485?

I send my I-485 in March 18,2026 to and did my biometrics on April 28,2026 but haven’t heard anything .

I have a brother and a cousin who submitted their applications last July and were approved in October—it took them about 3 or 4 months—but if you guys say it takes 4 years, igkm 😭 took me 4 years to be able to submit it 😑

@ I submitted my i485 back in February 19 2024 the only thing I have done is my biometrics, have no idea why some people gets approved fast.

as long as your priority date is current that means they’re still working on your case I applied my gc in 2023 and I’m waiting, my pd is current since April and I’ve seen many people that applied at the same time with similar pd getting approved, but there are many more also waiting they requested my medicals twice and received the last one on 6/12 I also saw couple people getting approved really fast there’s no exact answer for this question unfortunately, everything we can do is wait :( but on USCIS website says they’re taking an overall of 56 months now if you’re in NBC

some people on tiktok / facebook that applied in march have already been approved two months post biometrics

im. still waiting i applied 4/2/2026 and biometrics was 6/2/2026

you and i have same pd july 6/2022 and i have still pending i hope i will get something from uscis

pd- june 29,2023 biometric- Aug 08 2023 rfe -June 2024 ( I responded before deadline September 2024 ) after that no update
