Marriage based Green Card in 3 months (a family member, not me)
Thank God Almighty.
Married in November 2025 to U.S. citizen girlfriend, after being together for 5 years, inside the U.S.
On 21 March 2026, applied for adjustment of status.
On 17 June 2026, the interview went smoothly. Most of the questions were directed to U.S. citizen wife; he was only asked questions from the I-485 form.
On 19 June 2026, the I-485 was approved.
On 26 June 2026, the card is being produced.
PD Feb. 22 - My Interview has been scheduled
I became current this month and my P4 interview letter came today. I think I got it this quickly because since the retrogression, appointments at my embassy was drastically reduced so they were barely doing any interviews. So they probably have alot of appointment slots.
Hi, we have 2 biometrics appointment.
First, we submitted Form I-131 and received a biometrics appointment. (already completed) Ten days later after 131, we submitted Form I-485 and received today another biometrics appointment. Do we need to go again biometric appointment?

Finger Prints
The last time I went for my finger print was 6years ago and I just realized I got a notification from the app.
Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken
As of June 18, 2026, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1991653***, have been applied to your case.
Does it means I will be approved soon?
I-485
Hi everyone. I’m looking for advice or similar experiences because my I-485 has been pending since July 2022. My I-130 was approved in 2023, and my case has been stuck on “actively reviewed” for a very long time.
My spouse became a U.S. citizen, so my category should now be immediate relative, but I still haven’t received a final decision. I also responded to a NOID/RFE and have been waiting with no real update. It’s honestly frustrating because it feels like the case is just sitting there while life is on hold, because apparently patience is now an immigration requirement too.
Has anyone had an I-485 pending this long after I-130 approval and after responding to USCIS? Did a congressional inquiry, USCIS service request, or CIS Ombudsman request help move the case forward?
Any advice would be appreciated.

refugee travel document approved from 19 countries
I am posting my timeline just to share the good news to everyone from the 19 countries USCIS still processing this kind of cases I got approved yesterday thanks to my Lawyer. They worked really hard to get it approved with a short time. It was a little bit pricey, but it worth every penny with all this piece of mind. Now I can travel freely.
let me know if you have a questions of the comment.
