So, they sent me my list of documents, right? Should I send everything again or just new stuff? My case got denied because I-130A was missing. Can I just focus on new evidence from 2025-2026? USCIS Medical RFE Question
My civil surgeon placed the original USCIS RFE notice inside the sealed Form I-693 medical envelope, and I mailed it to USCIS exactly as received from the clinic.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? If so, did USCIS successfully process your medical RFE, or did it cause any delays or issues with case updates?

Pending Adjustment of Status (I-485)
I am planning to file a Writ of Mandamus (WOM) for my I-485 case. My adjustment of status application has been pending for about 17 months after asylum approval. Has anyone here filed a WOM after a similar waiting time? What was your experience, how much did it cost, and how long did it take to get a decision

I had my interview couple of days ago and the officer requested some new information and not thru RFE, just requested it. passed my N-400 in about 10 minutes, not decision can be made at the moment on the paper. So, I submitted the requested info, but no updates has happened.

Has anyone received an update from a non-Field Office where their case status changed from “Case Remains Pending” to “Case Was Updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken”? My priority date is June 2023, I submitted my 485 in October 2025, and completed biometrics in November. Since then, I haven’t received any updates — no field office transfer, nothing...
I saw a silent update on 4/28, but it seems like most people received that around the same time, and there’s been no movement since.
It seems like most cases have been transferred to the field office at least, even if they haven’t reached approval yet, which makes the waiting even more concerning.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and could offer any advice or insight? My attorney says there’s nothing to do but wait, but waiting without any sense of a timeline is incredibly stressful…
