PD and i140 (RoW)

What should I do if my priority date becomes current but my I-140 is not yet approved? I’m worried because my priority date is February 2025 and there is still no result yet. EB-3 ROW is currently at June 2024, which means I am only about 8 months behind.

For those anxiously waiting with an October 2021 priority date: they are currently reviewing cases with that date. I received an RFE today; I don't know what it's for yet, but I believe it concerns the medical exam. My case had been pending since October 2022. My case is being processed in San Diego, CA.

I am reapplying—once againAdjustment of Status. because my application was denied in 2024. That was very painful for me and my husband; we had so many travel plans. I am longing to go see my parents; it has been over seven years since I last saw them. I have faith in my God that this time will bring me a blessing and an approval.
