For those anxiously waiting with an October 2021 priority date: they are currently reviewing cases with that date. I received an RFE today; I don't know what it's for yet, but I believe it concerns the medical exam. My case had been pending since October 2022. My case is being processed in San Diego, CA.

same .. my pd is also oct 2021. I also received rfe on 15th of may. Already sent a response a week ago yet no update on my case.

Anyone who completed a medical exam before 01 November 2022 must retake it. I’m OCT21 PD since aug24 (pos interview) - CRP. My medical exam was made in dez22..

keep us posted, the trend I’ve noticed is NBC has stopped deciding on i485s. It gets transferred to non local fo, applicant is made documentarily qualified by non local fo by issuing rfes then it gets sent back to NBC and NBC sends it to local fo for interview.With 4 months remaining in quarter, they’re just gonna waste visas this way, but I think thats what their intention is.

@Mandem FC my case got a transfered for San Diego long time ago, I think in 2024 when I had to renew my work permit.

@al s hi! pd oct/21 my case was at san diego fo and transferred to san fernando valley field office which i asked to emma. no rfe nothing yet.

@Jittu K No, should I ask? I already did the biometrics in 2022, and in 2024, when I renewed my work permit, they checked them again.

@al s maybe wait unitil next week cause of the long weekend this week and next week. Most probably they will re-use your fingerprints, I got my update fingerprints were taken last week.
