10 months of active review.
so guys I have a question. my wife filed for our 3 kids our PD is 06/05/2021 and it went on active review on 05/10/2021. for 10 months on active review, just yesterday I had a notification that an RFE has been sent for 2 of the cases leaving one still on active review how normal is this and what will the RFE be about? this is very frustrating. please all comments and advices will be appreciated thank you.

is serving a mandatory military service in home country could be a ban for the i-485 application as in the security questions part they ask if you served in unit or received military service before so is that a bar?
biometrics appointment missed
hi all,
I missed to attend my biometric appointment in May,22.
I was moving homes and in between USCIS sent the appointment for May. I called them when they informed me. Now second level office call me for reschedule.
anyone has similar experience?
how much time they take to call and give new schedule?
will this impact May case negatively?
can they reject my case and deny new schedule?

EB1C I140 qualification
Need clarification
To be able to apply for I140 in EB1C, is it required that the beneficiary must have worked for the foreign employer for at least 1 continuous year during the preceding 3 years prior to filing the "I140 application"?
Or is it only required for the L1A visa application?
Uploading Evidence
I've applied for an I-130, my husband is a US citizen and I'm overseas.
our application is actively reviewing since March, submitted in January. however we didn't upload any proof of bona-fide marriage at the time that we submitted our application.
should we wait for an RFE or upload whatever we can as unsolicited evidence in the online account?
are there any drawbacks to uploading evidence on your own without being asked?

I received my card with an error from the department, they sent me the card 2 years ago, but when I entered the United States I had already been married for more than 2 years, therefore I had the 10-year residency, I sent the i-90 on 09/06/ 2022 and my fingerprints were taken on 07/07/2022 my case is in potomac how long can it take for them to send the new card
