I have had an Australian Police Check rejected twice by the NVC, delaying my case 6 months.
No details are provided as to why it is an incorrect document, and I can't find any reason as to why it would be rejected.
It is an original copy and is dated from Apr 21. I have not entered Australia since Nov 20, and have made the NVC aware of this.
Any help would be much appreciated. I'm pretty demoralised at this stage as you can imagine.

I have an I-130 approved. I was in removal proceedings. the judge dismissed the case. Now I am trying to get uscis to reopen and adjudicate my I-485. I have written to them awhile ago no response yet.
what is the best way to get them to reopen and adjudicate my I-485?

I received RFE for i693 (medical exam)
I received it by mail and it says that I need to mail it to the office in FL. I see people here saying that, it is much faster if you do it online. Is it possible?
Can you upload your i693 online? I thought you have to send sealed envelope with the doctor's signature. Please correct me if I am wrong.
hii all me and my mother came in this country in 2019 and uscis guys are release us on I-220a form and then we applied for EAD 3 times but they denied file and they asking for which we don’t have!

do we need the income or sponsor documents on the time of interview or before the interview?
This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted.
