yes we mailed it on June 14 and on June 16 the status changed to be actively reviewed. my case was in Potomac too. they just transferred it to Vermont.

Ours is April 7th, status changed to “actively reviewed” on the next day.. I heard from others that if the status changes to “actively reviewed” right away, the application takes longer at the uscis! I hope this isn’t the case 😞 did you file online?

It is an automatic message. It can last for many months like this. In the second review is that they approve the case.

I filed online my case was originally at Potomac but it seems like it may have been relocated to Texas Service

PD 18 May 2022,active review 6th July, still waiting, haven't got update since, so i believe it's still at Potomac. IOE receipt number

I checked on app, more than 150 I- 130 applications filed only in May 2022. And they are just the ones with IOE receipt number. So I believe it's a long wait for all of us at Potomac, 😢

That's my question too. I guess they update the case tracker where you can see your status. We haven't got any email nothing for the first one only when i checked on USCIS website i noticed the active review on 6th of July :(

i want to file I-485 but my husband is still abroad and never been to US. how can I complete the immigration section of the form? How can I expedite the process? please advice!!

Leo, cant you apply 485 together or sone time after 130 so that green card form is also getting processed at the same time and he would have green card some time after he enter US or it’s different?
