If you were married when you filed, that's what's considered. You are good. Just prepare for your interview. Relevant documents etc

you will have problems if you are using the 3 years requirement to file but if you have been a resident for 5 years, you dont need him.

Hello. So If you have had a traffic citation and it got dismissed by a judge. How do you go about this when applying for N-400? There’s a place it asked if you have ever been arrested, CITED……. After ticking yes ( Because of citation) , it further asks you to provide evidence of arrest but what to do if you have never been arrested. only cited and later got dismissed.

At User 07782. it is an alleged over speeding ticket. I went to court but the judge dismissed it. Do you have to have a document for this to upload this? How do I get this decument?
