married to a citizen
My husband divorced me 3 months after I filed for my citizenship. He never supported me with any documents but we were fully married during my filling. Will it be approved

i agree with @User. You need to withdraw that N-400.

If you were married when you filed, that's what's considered. You are good. Just prepare for your interview. Relevant documents etc

you will have problems if you are using the 3 years requirement to file but if you have been a resident for 5 years, you dont need him.

@Rocco and User 07782, I like people who write what they know and you guys consistently do that. I appreciate your knowledge. I will also like to call out people that jump to comment session to say what they do not know. Could you please just wait to read comments and learn, instead of writing things you are not sure of. Immigration issues affects people's life directly and you need to stop miscommunication. Thank you

Hello. So If you have had a traffic citation and it got dismissed by a judge. How do you go about this when applying for N-400? There’s a place it asked if you have ever been arrested, CITED……. After ticking yes ( Because of citation) , it further asks you to provide evidence of arrest but what to do if you have never been arrested. only cited and later got dismissed.

At User 07782. it is an alleged over speeding ticket. I went to court but the judge dismissed it. Do you have to have a document for this to upload this? How do I get this decument?
