thinking to file citizenship but I was outside of country for 199 days in last five years,
should I need to file citizenship now? or I have to wait for one more year because I was outside of United state for 199 in last five year but I did not overstay intention I was lost GC while I am travelling can any one explain me tell which would be better now or later,

Query Regarding Settlement Visa
Hey! hope you all are doing well. I'm kashi khan from Pakistan.I have a quiry regarding my Settlement Visa.As one of my friend who's the Permanent citizen of US. she told me that i will give you a place to stay.She referred me an Attorney in immigration law center,PC.The attorney told me that I'll file a petition for settlement visa but before that you have to pay me 500$ of consultation fees.What should i do Now? Should i pay her consultation fees and how much is the chances of visa to be granted and how much i should pay for her?
I-485 Evidence of continuously maintaining a lawful status?

My I-130(sponsored by my permanent resident wife) was recently approved and I’m now filing I-485. I am currently on an F-1 visa and I would like to clarify what documents I would need for evidence of maintaining lawful status besides my I-20. Do I need to provide all of my I-20s from my previous F-1 visa as well? Do I also need to include the job offers for my I-20 OPT and CPTs? Thanks! #i485 #aos #i-20 #evidence

my I-145 was denied in November 2019 I filed vawa 2 months later because my husband is in jail. he also threatened not to follow me to interview before he was arrested. I got my prima faces like 8 months ago
am I still in removal process please help me because I don’t know what to do anymore
I'm confused
so I got two notices from uscis on March 12th in the mail..one notice is to show me how to make a online account that notice came from California service center..the next notice is my receipt and my dad name on it that came from Texas... when I input my receipt number on my online account it say case is being process at Nebraska service center..so which service center you guys think processing my case..I'm so confused HELP!!!!
Travelling outside US with H1B while green card approval is pending
I’m on H1B. My spouse has sponsored my GC. We had also filed for AP/EAD. We’ve been waiting since Aug 2020. There hasn’t been any progress on EAD/AP. I need to travel home to visit my parents. I would have to go for Dropbox to have my H1B visa stamped.
1. Can I use my H1B to travel and return to US without affecting my Green card process?
2. Will my EAD/AP get revoked?
3. If my EAD/AP gets revoked can I refile without any issues?
