Am curious too, my parents raised SR and got email that their request is being reviewed but on the site it shows Service Request is closed

what I have seen is in a day or two you will get an email whether it has been looked at

Got the email 2 days after the request was raised and it was closed. Been 3 days and still not action, so I guess that means still being reviewed. How many days has it been for you ?
