I-485 Evidence of continuously maintaining a lawful status?
Hi,
My I-130(sponsored by my permanent resident wife) was recently approved and I’m now filing I-485. I am currently on an F-1 visa and I would like to clarify what documents I would need for evidence of maintaining lawful status besides my I-20. Do I need to provide all of my I-20s from my previous F-1 visa as well? Do I also need to include the job offers for my I-20 OPT and CPTs? Thanks! #i485 #aos #i-20 #evidence

I’m also on F1 . We applied for i130 alone feb last yr but it’s yet to be approved. My hubby just became a citizen some weeks bk so we are planning to file i485 soon. I’ll really like to know the answer to your question as it would guide me. Thanks.

We actually didn’t know that we could file 485 with 130 if priority date is current. found out we could after the 130 approval. PD is October 30 2019 got approved March 18 2021.

I didn’t know one can file both 485 and i30 together. I’m currently in the middle of submitting I-30, my spouse is PR and date is on current for my country. how true it is?

if you’re a student right now just give them the i20. if you’re on opt then you just give the eveidence of that. as your spouse is a resident, you must have to maintain your status and until you get the ead or interview.
