Did you mean EB 2 or 3....employment based green card? If you did a lot of factors come into play. 1) Do you have a employer with valid job offer? 2) Then you go through I-140 process with DOL (currently I hear the approval wait is a year and more). 3) After I-140 approval if your filing date is current you apply for 485, 765, 131 etc. 4) Then depending on which country you’re from you look at the final action date and if it’s current you become eligible for a green card (given that it will be approved). I’m EB3, filed my I-140 in 2011 and approved in 2012. October 2020 my filing date became current and still waiting for the “final action date” to become current for the green card process to move forward. So, now based on your country of origin you go figure :)! Good Luck....

Again depends on the visa bulletin. Many countries are current and if your employer applies 140 now, it can be approved in a year or so. Then if you’re from a “current” country then you can apply right after 140 is approved or concurrently. I would say a couple of years or a year and a half minimum!!!! There are people who also do premium processing’s. Depends, ask your or the company lawyer.
