i765 and i131 are optional. also it’s better to submit I-693 (medical examination) with the rest of the forms instead of doing it later

Fexoo@ you have an option to submit all you documents all at once since you are already in US. or you can fill out I-130 and I-130a online and wait for receipt (mine too 3 weeks). attach that with the rest of your other forms and mail it

you can’t submit I-130 a and I-130a later. those should go with the rest of your forms or submit them first and wait for recipient like I said

well i485 is to adjust your status if you overstayed. if you file the i485 and leave the country Uscis will consider that you abandon the your case. if you going back to your country your spouse can file the i130 which will take a while to approve.

I submitted mines February 2020. took 11 months to get approve.

I-130 is the most important thing you need to submit. Your spouse can do it online and submit it, then you can send the rest of your forms later. importantly, the I-693 can be sent later. I would prefer to take it to the interview since you are AOS, because it could expire before they look at your case and you would need to do it again. Good luck.

my advice I that you need to contract a lawyer o even a agency like boundless or rapidVisa. my wife and I contracted Boundless Services and that was really good for us

If you want an agency use simple citizens. They are way cheaper, Boundless costs $900 and Rapidvisa over $600. Using Simple citizens is around $300+ and they give you the same thing.

thnx so much Samson, I registered with em and hoping to talk to someone tomorrow. spent over 6 hours filling the I-485 yesterday and later realized I’m supposed to do that on Adobe . shit is draining. I’m glad I can pay to get it all done for less $400

Doing it myself was a mess haha. I just paid that money and had it done in few hours. Make sure you include all evidence.
