Hello everyone,
hope everyone is doing well. I just have a question for you all. so me and my family had an interview in 2014 in Yemen! so my dad decided to leave my mom in my country, he said he will come back to get her later. so when he gets here in US he didn’t like it. he came back to Yemen. right now my mom wants to come visit me! Does the case still active? or I have to apply for her again?
received noid without interview
Hello all, my husband received a NOID for bona fide marriage. We didn’t submit any proof with my initial application but did submit photos, bank account detail and utility bill afterwards. I don’t think they looked at it because they are asking to submit everything again. My plan was to take everything to the interview so i was bit surprised to receive a noid instead of a rfe. I haven’t had an interview yet. I also received noid for medical. I got the courtesy letter on sept 2 so i got my medical done. I will mail them the envelope. Why noid for medical? My question is what is the best way to reply to noid via mail or submit everything online for bona fide marriage ? And how many affidavits are enough. Thanks.
please what is the difference between form l130 interview and form l485 interview..they’ve scheduled for interview on form l130 only.

i got my Ead in May with 2 years advance of parole and work autorization ,i left USA on 20August and still overseas ,i want stay a month more and totall will be =<90 days if it will be 90 will i have trouble in re entry to the Us or no,is somebdy here has been overseas more than this period ??thanks a lot in advance
