Hello Friends. I came to USA in 2021 on k1 visa and got married after 5 months. I later file for VAWA along with my I485 but my lawyer is asking me to leave the US in order for my case to get approve faster. Should I travel outside the US or not? and I was able to get my work permit and advance parole and the green card process is on going but he said it requires me traveling out of the US and coming back.

I-131 expiration date

hey folks, i’m trying to file form I-131 along with a 485 package. i noticed that on the top right corner of the form it says the form expires on 04/30/2022. I couldn’t find any form with expiration date after this. what should I do?

For couples who love each other this long distance is hard.

They said the filling process would take only 5 months. This coming Novemeber is the 5th month, no interview. I'm tired and emotionally drained. God save us. (it's been 9 months since I've last seen my husband.)

i131 advance parole

We have received RFE for our i131 because we traveled while it was pending, so they consider it as abandoned (we had valid Visa for travelling). Can we send a new I131? or since we have not responded to the RFE they will not accept it? anyone in this situation? Thank you

Is form I-693 required for filing I-485? I filed my EB2-niw earlier this year and submitted I-140 and I-485 concurrently; however, my attorney never told me to file for I-693.

i have questions about NVC schedule, Should i have to get COVID 19 vaccine before scheduling my visa interview? 12 October 2022 submitted all documents to NVC.

For EB I-485, is it better to file medicals with I-485?

My priority date is current. About to file I-485 in 2 weeks. Is it better to file it with medicals or should I wait for RFE?

if child is born in india and child becomes us citizen with CRBA . does he need indian visa to leave india or for the time child stays in india? its just so confusing for me.
