Applying for post opt while marriage based i485, i130 and i785 processing
II have applied I-130,131, I-485 and I-785 through marriage 2 week ago. However, i just finished my bachelor's and wanted to apply post-opt i-785, is it going to interfere with my running marriage based green card petition of i-485,i-130and i785?
Benefits with Prima Facie
I have been trying to get SNAP benefits for a month now. I just got denied yesterday and requested a fair hearing trail. I just got a call from the operational manager saying I am eligible for the benefits however they have a 5 year waiting period 🤷🏾♀️what’s the sense of a prima facie if you have to wait for 5 years just to get help.

my husband is Iranian and we are currently in Ankara but I need to go back home asap and he cannot go back to Iran.
I wrote to my congress woman and she wrote an expedite request that was approved and now it says that it is in transit to the Abu Dhabi Embassy.
we are not at our homes so we will not get mail and on here it says that the NVC has given us an appointment date. But the email also says the embassy will contact us to schedule an interview. I emailed them but haven’t heard back and the congress members office said let them know if I don’t hear something after 7 days.
Does anyone have experience with consular processing and an approved expedite request ? I am just wondering if we are almost near the end or if this is just the beginning of more waiting. Should I go home ? I don’t know where he is going to go when I leave. He doesn’t have access to any of his money and I spent all my money coming here and haven’t worked in a while so I definitely cannot stay here much longer but if it’s just going to be two weeks I can make it work, maybe.
I have not been successful finding info in other places.
