Applying for post opt while marriage based i485, i130 and i785 processing
II have applied I-130,131, I-485 and I-785 through marriage 2 week ago. However, i just finished my bachelor's and wanted to apply post-opt i-785, is it going to interfere with my running marriage based green card petition of i-485,i-130and i785?

OPT post-completion would have no effect. You would probably receive your OPT EAD much faster, probably less than 45 days, while it may take a while for your I-485 EAD. Just make sure that you follow the regulations of OPT EAD ( like job should match your field of study and can not be unemployed more than 90 days, that you have to report any job change to your school DSO). Once you use your I-485 then you are no longer on F-1 status, but having I-485 EAD without using it does not effect your OPT EAD. I am not a lawyer but this what I know! Good luck!

how do you answer question 12 for your OPT I765 application? "Have you previously filed form I765?"
