WHATS THE MAX DAYS FOR A APPROVAL OR DENIAL…… I KNOW THERE SHOULD BE AN ANSWER ON OR BEFORE 120 DAYS WHATS THE MAX YALL HAD TO WAIT TO BE APPROVED AFTER I-485 INTERVIEW. ? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A SECOND INTERVIEW (MARRIAGE BASED ) EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WENT OKAY. ??
Question regarding "Class B conditions in overall findings" of I-693 form
Dear community,
I have one question regarding "Class B conditions in overall findings" of I-693 form.
I had a medical RFE and submitted the form already, but I have one concern.
The doctor checked at Class B conditions in overall findings of I-693 form, because my TB blood test is positive (Chest X-Ray is negative though).
My only Class B condition is the TB test (latent TB infection-Class B), but will it be a problem to have the Class B conditions in overall?

hi guys please I need your help. I requested to expedite my EAD on the 18th and I was just trying to follow up this morning but the officer through emma said I should contact the service center that they don’t have access to my data . I called and requested to speak with an agent the agent also told me that nothing is coming up with my receipt no that I should contact VSC in writing. please has anyone had this type of issue before or is it because their system was misbehaving yesterday?

Hello All,
I was wondering if I can request to be a resident through my USA children who are currently 6 years old. After they were born in the USA, we had to go back home for family reasons. I know what to return in the USA with them, but I do not if I can request to apply for a Green Card. Do you guys know what my options are?

I made my inquiry on 12/22/2021, USCIS responded to that automatic message on 12/29/2021. more than 39 days have passed and I tried to make the second inquiry and the message says that I am still with the inquiry in progress. Has anyone else been through this situation
