that paper has the access code but is expired they ask you to create online within 90 day they sent you the paper

@ribka i think you should of got it because the petitioner would of had to sign up with that code for the i-130 you might have to call uscis and see what you can do

I field a paper case and uscis electronically filled it I have an Ioe. I did not receive my code either and I'm getting nothing but problems trying to obtain it. did not come on 797
