Travel to Hawaii(Maui)
One of my best friends is getting married in Hawaii in a some months. I am currently asylum pending with no scheduled interviews date (pending since 2016). Will it cause me trouble to travel to Hawaii? Please anyone who has done so under Asylum pending please give me some insight. I do have an active EAD and state DL

name spelling on I -130 vs passport for DS-260
hi community! anyone knows what should I do: my parents 130 was approved, they are married and have the same last name in their country of origin (my maiden name). Now we need to fill out their ds 260 and we discovered that my mom’s last name is spelled slightly different (instead of Kaliy, they transliterated into English as Kalii) what should I do? my understanding it’s important to match passport to ds 260 but NVC has a slightly different name on file, will it be an issue? or do they understand that when trying to translate last name there could be variances in spelling?
