H1B transfer and extension using I140
Hi all , I am in a situation where my employer did not shared me my I140 approval notice nor i140 receipt notice . I raised a request in FOIA and they shared me only the I140 petition copy with approval stamp and alien number on it with the PERM labor copy. Using this alone document is it possible to do a H1B transfer to a new employer ,and do subsequent H1 B extension as I am on my 7th year, Please help and guide me

you need to start all over again with the application process with your new employer. your approved I140 was from other employer. USCIS needs to see if your new employer is capable to petition you with regards to financial and stability of the business

thanks , that’s true and I will make sure that . but currently with the documents that I have , can I do H1B transfer and extension to new employer
