how to write a letter to USCIS regarding to reopen i485 which was administratively closed?? plz help
hi guys I hope you doing well,
so I have i485 which was administratively closed because of removal proceedings,
now I’m not in removal proceedings, because it got terminated. I have approved i130.
do you guys know how to write a letter to USCIS to reopen i485 which is administratively closed, and what to write in the letter,

Am I eligible to do interfile?
I have EB-2 & EB-3 I-140 with Employer A. Both I-140s approved.
Employer A filed my I-485 under EB-3 & got my GC Combo Card & not used.
I have joined Employer B with H1-B transfer (after 180 days of my I-485 receipt) & filed I-485 Supplement J under EB-3.
Now USCIS announced to do interfile if you have approved EB-2.
My question here is, I do not have any I-140s with Employer B. Still am I eligible to do interfile under EB-2 with Employer B?

hello guys! I had my interview last feb 17 and it went well the officer was nice to us. he congratulated us and said to wait for the card in 2 to 3 weeks. my concern is, upon checking online there has been no update on my status. anyone w/ similar experience? thanks! #aosinterview #marriagebased

Hi guys, I did my fingerprints Dec 2021, but after that nothing happened. I got a really good job offer to work in the hospital but I don’t have my EAD card or green card yet, no interview either. do you think working for the new job will hurt my green card application? my husband told me not to, but I really want this working experience.

I’m a pending asylum with no legal present visa right now but I entered the US legally. Now after waiting 7 years for my interview but still not getting one, my partner and I decide to get married. He is a h1b visa holder but he’s about to file his i485 via employment-based. Can I be added as a derivative applicant to get a green card? I’ve contacted several lawyers but they all give me different results.
