Pending marriage based application & applying for OPT
Hello,
Please advice, any knowledge or comment is appreciated.
I have some concerns regarding pending marriage-based green card application (USC) and applying OPT.
I have I756, 130 & 485 pending since Oct 2021 and complete my degree in May 2022. I gonna apply for OPT this late February.
Has anyone done this before?
Does submission of such another I765 affect the marriage-based application? Positive or negative? Can it speed up my EAD card? Can I work full time regardless EAD card issued for OPT?

My eye colour was recorded wrong on my application does it really matter?
I already had my interview and realized my eyes were recorded as black instead of brown. they are dark brown but can easily
be mistaken for being black. is this really a big deal? or do I need to be using black as my eye colour from now on?

Hi! I recently found this community and love it so I wanted to start by thanking all of you for sharing your story. I am under the understanding you cannot file am I-485 if you live abroad. we filed an I-130 for my husband and it’s currently being processed. After the I-130 gets approved what comes next? can he come to the US? I was told he needs to file an I-485 but I don’t understand how he could do that living abroad. I will be so heartbroken if we have to wait for an I-485 and still not being able to be together.
If you lost your I94 and you can’t find it. your lawyer was able to get the number. Someone who is in the same predicament please help. I went to my interview and he couldn’t approve me cause of I94

Response to Medical RFE I-693
How to send the medical rfe response to USCIS? Do we need to put the Rfe letter inside the sealed envelope with medical reports? Or can we attach the rfe letter with the envelope and send to Uscis?
Doctor is going to give just the envelope which o think is the right thing but do I just add the RFE notice on the top. This would be for 3 family members each of them having individual sealed envelope
