after paying the fees and filling the form DS-260 and be allowed to upload documents you will need to upload for the petitioner: 1- Passport 2- State ID 3- Birth certificate to prove relationship to parents if petition is for them 4- Marriage certificate if petition is for wife 5- Tax return transcripts for last year (in my case, I preferred to provide the last 3 years instead) 6- W-2 for last year (in my case, I preferred to provide the last 3 years instead) 7- Paystubs for the last 6 months 8- Signed form I-864 For applicant: 1- Passport 2- Birth certificate 3- Police certificate 4- Photo with white background 2x2 Make sure the PDF files are colored and don’t exceed 2MB in size for each.

You are wrong @name was taken. Adobe scan app on iPhone produces colored pdf. Passports, for example, will be in color when you scan it with the app.
