If you didn’t apply for I765. but after you did and they are using the same biometric. Since the I485 is pending. How can you apply for a DL? I am in Miami Florida.

so you should wait. bc i had same problem my driver license will expire in March, and i did expedited it works

ok than you are good to go I believe,
you can go to the nearest DMV,
take at least 2 or 3 forms of identification, hopefully you wouldn’t have problem

Sorry I had my ssn when I first moved here. In 1994. Now that I am getting my paperwork done. I need to renew my DL

@An A ok no problem I already passed the computer knowledge test and the road test but they refused to issue me the DL they said I gotta wait until I have the EAD
