I only received receipt number and online access notice that’s it it’s been 6 months at Nebraska no updates I sent everything when I file all the prove that we’re married even wedding pictures, no updates , they don’t ask for any more evidence, but not approved yet or not even actively reviewe , only case was received and reseipt number was sent , any idea ? please let me know

Hi everyone, I have question that If my parents have green card and sponsors my brother who is already in the US under F1 student. Do you guys know how long the process will take? Can we file I-130 and I-485 at the same time and will he be able to get work permit and travel document during the process? would you please share some experiences for that? thank you very much.

my husband is a US citizen who filed an I-130 for me in late January, 2022. the case is being actively reviewed as of March 5th. we didn't upload any evidence of our marriage while filing the application.
should we upload all our evidence right now or wait for USCIS to send us a request?
I-824 vs I-130?
Hello, I'm a green card holder and am trying to immigrate my spouse to the US. Our marriage occurred before my employment based I-485 approval.
I have 2 paths to immigrate my spouse:
1) File I-824 Follow To Join
2) File I-130 ( F2A second priority category)
In terms of processing time, which path would be generally shorter?
Applying I601 after being denied I601A
Does anyone have any insight on the process after I601A being denied? I was denied due to marijuana use and given 1 year of drug testing and I have to enter a rehab program. The denial letter I received from the consular officer says I can re submit to a new physical after 2/2023. I am in the process of submitting a new I601 application while being stuck here in Mexico. I’m really in the dark and have no idea what’s coming next. should I be looking into other things? I know I can submit evidence to expedite the new application which I’m planning to do.

N 400 application before 90 days
Hi everyone, I have a question that I received my 2 years green card on 11/2017. But I got divorced last year, it is almost 5 years since I got my permanent resident status. So, can I apply for citizenship before 90 days which is on around August or I have to wait until November to apply? I already got my 10 years green card. Thank you very for your time.

it’s been almost a year
