I filed in December 2021. No police report and I got the prima facie last week. beside my case was horrible with my ex because we had interview 4 times in 6 years denied once too. email me @ fmfaze@hotmail.co.uk I did the filings myself no lawyer

I did not have police reports but I got affidavits from people attesting to hearing/witnessing you being abused by your spouse. I compiled messages he sent me that were abusive. I had depression and PTSD so I went to a psychiatrist and pscychologist & those medical records with them can be used as evidences too for VAWA.
