f uApr 4, 2022
it has Both of them on it
f uApr 4, 2022
but on uscis and lawfully it doesn’t change
Driss HApr 4, 2022
on uscis the i765 status didnt change ?
f uApr 4, 2022
no it didn’t just the i485 but on the notice letter it’s for both
Brown 🤎 NegroApr 4, 2022
my notice letter states mine is for I-485. So far, it has only been applied to it.
Red lightApr 4, 2022
a good rule of thumb is if it states both on the letter then they'll use it for both. don't worry too much about it.
Red lightApr 4, 2022
worst that could happen is they'll call you for another biometric
Leonard HansApr 5, 2022
You won't have to do biometrics again. USCIS will apply the one you have done to any other case
