N 400 application before 90 days
Hi everyone, I have a question that I received my 2 years green card on 11/2017. But I got divorced last year, it is almost 5 years since I got my permanent resident status. So, can I apply for citizenship before 90 days which is on around August or I have to wait until November to apply? I already got my 10 years green card. Thank you very for your time.

you can apply N400 90 days before the 5 years mark

it has to be 90 days, if not uscis will take ur money and deny application

you might have a little/big problem. you got your 2 year gc in 2017. did u apply to remove conditions in august 2019? you can’t apply for n400 without applying for i751. also u might be out of status

sounds like this person might be issuesed a 10 years green card if the marriage is longer than 2 years when applying
