I-824 HELP😪
Is it possible for the lawyer to file an I-824 to another service center from which the USCIS approved an I-140 petition.
In this instance...case was approved through TSC...can the lawyer or Petitioner request the I-824 go to CSC?
The processing time thru TSC is RIDICULOUS ‼️ 20-27 months for them to send your approved petition to NVC⁉️
This makes no sense at all....

hi guys ! my case was in removal proceeding and case has terminated without prejudiced and I file i-485 with EOIR base on Texas service center last year March 2021 and my case has terminated on June 23th 2021 . but my I-130 was approved in minesota field office. i sent the package to the local office which is in minesota but I haven’t heard nothing since September 18th 2021 . my question is,,, should i send to texas service center that base on i-485 receipt 🧾 ? but my problem is idk what exact address and suites number and i was thinking my paper will get lost again and my status still remains case was updated fingerprint were taken since April 30th 2021. thank you 🙏🏽😭😢

Hi family, so I had previously filed for Asylum I-765, and it’s 14 months now, but I got married and filed for change of status I130 which is like 7months now, my question is should I call UScis to check how far with my asylum case or will it affect my I130 which is currently on review??? please I need answers the waiting sucks…..
Quickest time to bring spouse over through consultate processing (I’m a permanent resident)
My spouse and I are married and going to apply for the I-130 while he is abroad (UK). What’s the quickest turnaround time from I-130 submitted to approval >> sending to NVC >> getting an interview at London consulate. I’m a greencard holder so he can’t come and stay here with me on his tourist visa. Lawyer has advised us that he should remain abroad until approval. Anyone had a similar experience? Long distance is hard!

anyone knows how long will take to have my removal proceeding terminated after filling the joint motion with ICE?

hey everyone,
can I still expedite through congressman If I still have an expedite request pending… I’m waiting for an email for approval or denial of my expedite request but it’s taking too long and my situation is super urgent so does anyone know if I can expedite again through congressman?
