second interview since 1 year in dallas no news

just tired we called and called and try congress the same news wait and wait . why not make decion since 1 year now we had our second interview. my wife called and called also nothing . and we don’t have much now to file manadamus.

hello we received our approval notice from the Uscis and under visa section it says unmarried child under 21 of permanent resident, 203(a) (2)(a) INA. so does that means the beneficiary will be under the f2a visa when it gets transferred to the visa center or that can change by the visa center. thank you.

How to remove FNU from name in Naturalization.

while processing my f2a immigration case in India .Nvc in Mumbai embassy’s added FNU as my surname . Actually in my Indian passport surname column was blank to process immigration they added FNU ( first name unknown) . It continued in my Green card SSN also know I have chance in Naturalization to drop it but I heard it will delay my process delay oath ceremony . Anyone here who is going through same pls share your suggestion.

hi everyone, I just spoke to USCIS agent and she said that « I can see that your documents are being reviewed » Does anyone know how long after that did they receive an answer if their expedited request is approved or denied? story: I sent expedited request April 8th and received an email for more information April 8th and have been waiting since. thank you

Lol I don’t understand how people can apply this year and be approved or action has taken place. But those who have applied 2019-2021 can’t get a simple update If that’s not injustice, then I don’t know what is. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am a green card holder and I petitioned for my son back on 01/24/2019. the Petition was approved on 03/29/2022. and his visa is F2A and is current. So will he be protected under the CSPA.
