Your constituent's expedite request was reviewed and approved. Your constituent's Form I-824 is currently in-transit to an adjudicating officer. i got this a week ago through my congressman and nothing change till now it’s in NBC ,now emma says it’s at Potomac how long it take to get an answer?

I had an i-485 application submitted and pending but realized I might have to leave the country. So sent in application to transfer the case to NVC and waiting for invitation letter. will my pending i-485 affect the NVC processing!??

Anyone else like me

So my husband filed for me in September 2021 and nothing has been approved yet. In June they sent a courtesy letter and in September they sent a RFE for medical which I did and my husband mailed it out express and it shows delivered but uscis never updated it on the account. it’s been a month since I responded to the RFE and I don’t even know if they received it or not and it’s making me panic. Did anyone upload their own copy of medical on their account and got approved. Did you get approved and how long did it take to get approved. This is making me sad. My husband called and the guy said we have to wait for 60 days it’s been 30 days and no update to let us know they at least got it. this is insane 😭😭😭
