hi guys I am wondering if this will be good or bad news. My pd on both applications are Sep. 30,2021. I have an I-130 approved since June 2021 and I did my interview but my first I-485 application was denied. Anyways, today I chatted through Emma with a Live Agent to inquiere both cases. My I-765 I submitted an inquiry last Saturday and the agent saw my request. The live agent saw that my I-485 is outside normal processing and submitted an inquiry for me.I got an inquiry number right away after minutes that I finish chatting with the live agent. how long does it take to get an answer by USCIS? is this good bad any, someone with a similar experience? Hi everyone, I raised an expedited request at the NSC for EAD, but my request was denied. However USCIS ended the email with the following paragraph:
”U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.
We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.”
Has anyone had a similar experience and how long after did it take for you to get approved?

I know how others are feeling when they keep waiting for their I485 approvals.
Today I completed 300 days applying to I485.
It's been 10 yrs my i140 got approved since mine is EB2 India.
Its soo insane that my case was moved from NBC to TX and than movied to a different office but soon moved back to NBC again in July 2022.
It's so insane that we ppl are just left beyond even though we applied in 2021.
I would request all to do this favor which might benefit everyone who are waiting or going to wait in the line for I485 approval.
This is related to whoever applied or planning to apply #i485, #i765. Please send an email to the USCIS as mentioned in the link below to not count dependents towards Greencard Quota.
I just sent the email which took 15mins. Also please encourage to do this if you find any active forums in whatsapp/Telegram etc..

Hi All, I have a question 2days back I raised a request and had a chat with the live agent, I didn't know how to put in one word to them cause was so emotional, I explained that I'm a new mom and I need to take care my newborn baby and having a lot of stress due to no job where I have to pay the mortgage, other payments, baby expenses due to stress I'm not able to concentrate on my newborn - And he just asked me to select a category I just said I'm not sure could be Financial Loss and needs to take care of my baby My question will the live agent will send the step by step chat I had with him or just a one-line description as financial loss category? Hello everyone, both dependent and my case status shows biometrics applied to case since June 24, 2022. No movements after that. our recipt # starts with MSC2990. Heresay that as of today USCIS has stopped processing employment based application this month and will resume in Oct. Do y’all think that there would be any chance for a status change before Oct?
