Did you fax evidences?
H WJan 30, 2023
what was your reason for expedite ?
Dane PetersonJan 31, 2023
USCIS did not request evidence, they just approved a few weeks after receipt. We stated to USCIS officer on phone that we were filing on basis of Emergencies and urgent humanitarian reasons.

please Dane Peterson what kind of emergencies and urgent humanitarian reasons? can you pls lighting on that thanks
Dane PetersonJan 31, 2023
in our case it was simply financial distress without the second income, in addition to a recent hospitalization of my son. They didn’t request evidence, so I’m not sure the reason was even that critical.
