I-765 Expedited No Email No Update
Hello, I requested the Expedite for my I765 on November 22. The website updated 10 days ago and stated "Expedite Request Received.". When I spoke with a Live Agent today, they said my case was not assigned to any agent and I would just have to wait. Does anyone else have the same experience and what should I do? Thank you #I765 #EAD

don’t worry they will assign it to an officer .I have been in the same situation before and they did assign it to an officer.

I in same situation as you.. I raised a request with an agent on 21st October and waited for 16 days only to find out it didn't even make it to USCIS. raised again on 7th November and then saw status change to received and then called a few times but was told to wait.. it's almost about 3 months which was standard EAD processing time pre COVID for USCIS and now I am literally begging them to expedite. NBC seems to have that long time even for expedite but Nebraska seem to process quite a few applications in 2-4 months without expedite. I keep checking the status every few hrs for days at ends now. likely I will die due to this long wait than old age ...

@mk dk my EAD expedite request took 45 days to be assigned to an officer and almost 95 days to be approved .before I put in the request I had waited for 8 months

How were able to speak to a live agent? Whenever I call I get only recorded voice.
