Doubt (help appreciated)

I moved to the US in July 2021 with a tourist visa. My wife and & I committed on December 2019 after 5 years of relationship but we couldn't get married due to covid (she is a US citizen who always lived in Mexico, I am a Mexican doctor) When we arrived to US we finally got Married in July 30th We filled the petition here in the US on September 2021 (we arrived on July 20th) I am currently reading something about the 90 day period, does that means I´m gonna have trouble because we filled early or something like that??? any information will be highly appreciated #marriage #petition #application #i130 #i485 #ead #i765

Hi all my 485 and 130 recieved notice is dated on April 14th 2021.. since then my case status on the website has never changed. it still says fees are wavied. I recieved a mail for biometeric and i have submitted biometeric on August 24 2021. Hi, it’s been such a long long wait since I waited for approval and was wondering if anyone has similar case to mine or approvals. Submitted EB3 last Oct 2020 nebraska (LIN), never got ead or adv parole approved. Recently sent documents for second rfe I received. I130 approved, I 485 still interview was scheduled!!!

#I485 I am a green card holder and we passed our interview in Philadelphia field office 25days ago. The I130 was approved the next day of the interview Could you give me an explanation for this? how long will take to be updated? do we have to wait more to get the GC because my husband already got an update on his EAD card after the interview?

My biometrics was scheduled on 5th of October, and the case status was updated on the same day to show that fingerprints were taken. How long until the portal is updated to show ‘Interview is scheduled’? My service Center is Lee Summit (National Benefits Center). Just wanted a timeline so I could schedule my I693 Medical exam. Hello. Anyone has update from LA field office? Applied I 485 asylum based on August 5 to NBC. But there is no any update in the system. Officer told me the case is in local field office.

RFE ISSUE #i485

I got an RFE on Sep 15. I replied to the RFE on Sep 28. last week the status changed to Biometrics but it does NOT show RFE response is received. I have a few questions 1- Is RFE cleared? 2- Will USCIS not process anything until RFE is received/cleared or will they still change status? #i485 #RFE

I submitted my application on July 2nd 2021. I got an RFE on Sep 17th, Replied to the RFE next week. 12 October, I checked, it shows status biometric is scheduled. Does it mean that the RFE is cleared? Because when I check the case history it does not show that RFE response was recieved. If someone can help. #i485 #rfe #biometrics #i-485

EB3 485 Biometrics Appt for primary only

Hi guys, I got my biometrics appt for Raleigh FO today (notice dated 30th August) for 23rd September. I am the primary applicant and I have also applied for my spouse at the same time.
