After second rfe on I485
Hi, it’s been such a long long wait since I waited for approval and was wondering if anyone has similar case to mine or approvals.
Submitted EB3 last Oct 2020 nebraska (LIN), never got ead or adv parole approved. Recently sent documents for second rfe I received. I was wondering if it’s realistic to expect some result in 2months… any one have similar experience or approval timeline?

I am in the same boat. I got 2 rfes as well. one for medical and one for birth certificate language

@Sid I don’t have much to share for timeline, I got fingerprints submitted 2/19/21 and got those two rfes. Recently second one submitted and now it says rfe docs received on 11/4/21. Also exactly same rfe requests you got!

My timeline is
Receipt date for i485 - Sep 2020
Fingerprints - Jan 2021
RFE medical - Aug 2021
RFE birth certificate - Sep 2021
current status is that they received the RFE.

Thanks for sharing! Looks like yours is progressing faster recently, you got your second RFE pretty soon after the first one! I also got my first RFE medical in Aug so it took mine three months to get to second rfe. I hope you get approval soon! Let me know if you do cuz that means I have hope🥲

yeah kinda. Mine came after 11 months. the range posted is 11 to 18
