Phoenix Field office despair

Hi, wanting to connect with people who may be waiting for Phoenix to give them appointments for biometrics or interviews. I had an interview scheduled for 04/09/2020 and it was cancelled 03/31/2020 due to Covid. I have literally heard nothing since - I’ve raised SR’s - called and badgered them as much as possible. Their response was basically just wait - your case is pending...... I’m losing hope we’ll ever see the light of day again 😂 so frustrating as we were a few days away from our interview to now only be lost in the maelstrom. anyone else dealing with this in Phoenix I’d love to hear from you. I filed my i-130 and i-485 since July 2019 and then I got an approval Oct 15 2020. It says next step:Biometrics appointment, it has been 5 months now tho. Does anyone know why it's taking that long? #i485

Is EAD based on pending i-485 issued after i-130/i-485 is processed?

Hello, I am a USC and filed for AOS for my wife from F1 in 07/21. We sent the i-130, i-485 and i-765 together. However, due to some missing paper, the i-765 was sent back and we were able to send it back and it was accepted on 09/21. She could have applied for EAD based on F1 opt and would have been faster. However, we applied for EAD based on pending i-485. We were wondering if EAD based on pending i-485 is approved much earlier than the GC is or it takes a long time to get EAD based on this category? Is it based on approval of i-130 or i-485? Thanks for your answers. #ead #i485

I received approved my case from i360, after I applied i485 with fees! "but i didn't received notice letter" now I don't know how can I check my case! But fees was been charged! somebody can help me?

Case stuck on “Ready to schedule Interview” since 2019, Seattle WA

Hello, I am a US Citizen and I filed a marriage based green card for my wife in March 2019 in Atlanta GA. The case moved quickly with Biometrics, RFE, and other requirements. We moved to Seattle WA in Aug 2019 and applied for Change of Status. Our status has been stuck at “Ready to for Interview” since Aug 2019 for Seattle Field Office. So I’ve had my interview on September 23rd, and on December 28th I have received a letter requesting further evidence and everything was sent out on January 6th and they received it on January 8th. anyone know how long does it take for them to review the evidence and make a decision? my field office is Oakland Park Field Office.. even if you’re not in the same field office please let me know if you know anything or received a final decision regarding your case #oaklandfieldoffice #rfe #I485
