#VAWA #RFE (February, 2022).
Greetings everyone, in the month of March I have submitted an expidate request for my C09 EAD via my local congressman's office, and later I have received a phone call from USCIS for uploading the documents. Few days later, they said my expidate request was approved. Later I was scheduled for a biometrics to the old state which was I living in. Again I have reached out to my congressman's office, they havr submitting a request with USCIS and I was rescheduled for biometrics in my current location. May 01, 2026, went it for the appointment, and they took the picture. Maybe for C09 EAD. Simultaneously, I received an update on I360 RFE was sent, and I485 was moved to VT service center. 1. My RFE packet was sent by Attorney. How long will take them to update the status, and make a decision on my case? 2. My Biometrics appointment has been completed, how much will it take for them to process my EAD C09? I strongly recommend you guys to gather or organize your evidence as much as possible even before the RFE strikes, just in case. it will be overwhelming to respond within the deadline, and going through everything again.
