Hello everyone,
Could anyone let me know when the case has been approved and what the next step is?
I-130 for my son was approved. His category is F2B.
Could you please let me know what the next step is and how long it will take? Does USCIS still handle the case? To complete and send them my tax and other documents, I have not yet received a welcome letter.
If you have any helpful experience, I would greatly appreciate it.

Interview for spousal based visa

I was wondering if anyone could remember what were questions asked to them and what are some important tips when attending an interview. And as a spouse are you able to attend the interview as well? If so are there any documents I would need to fill out prior?
Also if anyone has specific history in Romania or with a Romanian spouse please let me know.
"Case is being reviewed by USCIS" twice. Then, nothing else.
My case (1-130, 1-485) was changed to "actively reviewed on the evening of March 04, 2023. This was the second time. The first time was about 5 months ago right after biometrics (9/29/2022).
Four days already, nothing else. Anybody had this experience? Thanks.
