mine was sent to them via fedex Apr19 but my status did not change to received.. not sure what to do

@Andy A we literally have the same PD Aug 22 2022. I’m surprised your case wasn’t transferred to a FO. My I-130 went to AR on March 31st respone to RFE was received on April 22nd I’m waiting till June 22nd, that’s the date they said I should wait till before requesting an inquiry

you can do a service request after 60 days then another after 30 days that’s 3 months in total

if it’s for second RFe it’s took 30 days or 60 days

so for the first RFe took like 5 months

6 months and no response to RFE

service request makes no sense if I’m being honest I did like 3 and still nothing 6months of sending my rfe and still waiting for approval

Over 2 months for me… through speaking with an agent on the phone, apparently a service request is only applicable if you haven’t received a notification that they’ve received it. Though I was able to get them to send me an email for an update which is technically a service request? lol

@Ja R Have you spoken to an agent about the Tampa FO receiving your RFE?

its normal to not get a response for months unfortunately. dont stress about the lack of response to your rfe- it just means they havent lookeda t it yet
