Justamente hoy recibimos la aprobación de esta petición de un cliente nos tomó alrededor de solamente de 1 mes en lograr su aprobación tomamos su caso en Diciembre 13 del 2024 y ya hoy recibimos su recibo de aprobación!!!! Dios ha sido bueno nos siguen llegando las aprobaciones!!!

6 Pasos Aprobados y Cita de Entrevista
Gracias a Dios el día hoy obtuvimos la aprobación y la cita de entrevista para nuestro proceso de Residencia Permanente este proceso nos ha tomado un tiempo record de 5 meses de 16 a 18 meses que actualmente esta durando la I-130 y de 3 meses a 1 año en cita para la embajada.
Gracias al aporte de nuestro congresista podemos decir que hemos logrado la meta los expedited bien fundamentados son todo.

Today I looked to my case online, this one says 3 steps are complete where
1. Case Received (completed)
2. Attend biometrics appointment (if necessary-completed )
3. Attend interview (if necessary-completed)
4. Case decision (current step)
Does this mean our interview has been waived?
I-765 got approved a couple of days ago for a period of 5 years
I-130 only says “Case has been received”
I-131 not yet processed, payment hasn’t been cashed either
Both pending cases said an estimated of 19 months

A day after biometrics, EAD got approved
Quick Update: Authorization Employment Document has been approved today after biometrics done yesterday. Woohoo! No more worried about needing to stop working

Green card was delivered!
Hey guys, I had promised I’d share with y’all when I receive my green card. So yea I did picked up my card today! Card was approved on the 7th of Dec 24 and was delivered on the 14th, approximately 1 week from when it said “new card was being produced”. I pray and wish you all success on this journey. 🙏

Conditional green card after divorce
Hello everyone,
I’ve got my 2 year green card in December 2023 but now I am at the stage when my wife might gonna divorce me.
but the marriage as legit lots of photos together, joint finance and living together.
I just want to know is there anyone who got approved after divorce with a 2 year conditional green card.
I just want to know what are my chances if I apply with waiver form.
please help me.

F2A Green Card Interview in Frankfurt, Germany.
I had my Green Card Interview today (Dec 02, 2024).
I arrived at the consulate at 7:45 AM and waited in line until 8:24 AM, when I received a numbered ticket. After that, I went through security and proceeded to the next building.
In the second building, I waited from 8:30 AM until 10:00 AM, when my number was called. At the first window, I submitted my passport, marriage certificate, birth certificate, police records and the sponsor’s tax returns. Then, I had to wait again until 11:35 AM, when my number was called a second time.
At the next window, I took an oath and provided my fingerprints again. The officer asked me the following questions:
1. When we got married & whether it was our first marriage.
2. The month we got married & if we have children.
3. How we met.
4. What my husband does for work.
After answering these questions, I was informed that my application was approved, and I would receive it within two weeks.

All process slow down?
Hello,
ı am waiting for my greencard. ı filed I-485 on 21 June 2024. pd 13 May 24. but it is not news. last update: as taken fingerprint and biometrics. my file is in nbc.
do you know recently about uscis process? ı guess, all process / visa types slowed down especially after election. what do you think about that?
