Hello all, I am been petitioned by my employer for greencard. However, my green card(I-485) application is still pending. My lawyer wants to file I-824 now for my spouse living abroad to follow join before my green card is approved but I'm worried because of the stories I hear about I-824 and the long wait. Is it okay for my lawyer to file I-824 now even though my green card (I-485) application is pending? Please share your stories/ timeline below if you've had the same issue or going through same. Second Interview scheduled, is this a good sign?
I have been scheduled to appear at my local USCIS office once again for the I-485. I went through one interview with my wife where we received the bonafied marriage and our I-130 approved right away. Is this a good sign? #greencard #adjustmentofstatus #I-130 #I-485 #interview

hello folk,
I am planning to submit a I-824 for my wife in few days, but not sure if I am eligible and if it is good enough ( need to submit I-131 or not).
I married 2 days before that my I-485 got approved, while traveling with AP.
my I-485 is employment based, and my marriage date is before I-485 approval. I am planning to ask a follow up to join request via I-824 and skip sending I-131.

does anyone know if this app is legit in terms of giving correct info in terms of the status of your case. on here it’s saying I’m in the decision section and approved but idk if that’s legit or not … I filed i751 June of last year and still nothing .. last thing I got was my biometrics was used from previous years. green card based on assylum
I applied for the green card after 1 year from my assylum getting approved, Aug 2019. last update I got was at the beginning of the year that my application moved from Texas service Center to Nebraska. I called the USCIS so many times with little help. once I get that I’m in the normal processing time others say I’m out of the normal processing time. I made an official follow up claim but then recieved an email that I’m with in the normal processing time. I know people who applied after me and already got it! this is so frustrating #greencard #assylum #3years
Naturalisation Interview Scheduled but no move on Greencard
Hi all, see my timeline attached. I have a pending Removal of Conditions case on my Greencard with no updates for a long time but I just got a Citizenship Interview scheduled for August 31st.
Is anyone out there in similar situation? Should I worry about my Greencard case at all? Do I have to come with my husband to the Citizenship Interview as I would for Removal of Conditions?
